Singing bowl is one of the things which have joint power of sound & vibration. Sound is directly effect in our mind and vibration is directly effect in our body. Singing bowl is also known as Himalayan bowl. Singing bowl are said to promote relaxation and powerful healing properties. Some people use the bowls in combination with other healing practices, such as meditation and deep breathing. They are different types of singing bowl: Jambati bowl, Ultabati bowl, Nepali bowl, Tibetan bowl, Old jambati bowl. It have different types of designing on singing bowl: Eaching  bowl, Arts bowl . A singing bowl, generally made from a copper, tin, zinc, iron, silver, gold and nickel.

Singing bowls are played by striking the rim bowl with a padded mallet. They can also be played by friction of rubbing a wood, plastic or lather wrapped mallet around the rim of the bowl to emphasize the harmonic overtones and a continuous singing sound. To create sound with a singing bowl, firmly press the accompanying mallet in a circular motion against the bowls outside edge or rim. When you hear a bright, clear tone, you can slow down the motion.

A singing bowl is a metallic bowl that is made of seven different alloys (gold, silver, copper, tin, mercury, lead, Zink). There are 12 kinds of singing bowls in the world. The first user of a singing bowl on the earth was from Nepal.
Singing bowls – also known as Himalayan bowls – are used in yoga, music therapy, sound healing, and religious ceremonies. In the Buddhist tradition, they are played to signal the beginning and the end of silent meditation cycles. Tibetan bowls emit very pure tones, close to sine waves. Their sound is a synonym of purity for our ears.

Firstly we Place the singing bowl in the palm of our left hand.  Spread all the fingers of the same hand in all directions. Place the bowl between the palms of the hands  And take a leather mallet in the right hand.  Spread the leather of the ball on the outer edge of the rim of the ball in the left hand and rub the mallet clockwise on the outer edge of the ball accordingly. firstly we press  Slowly on the ball and slowly we do harder and harder then after we get A sweet, melodious sound is produced by the same force as it is rubbed.
